Zerodha has acknowledged the problem and blamed it on problems with the live data feeds on its Kite trading platform.
According to Zerodha’s statement, the disruption was directly tied to live data feeds on their trading platform. The problem was detected and rectified. According to Zerodha, the issue with data feeds had no impact on users’ ability to place orders.

The outage was caused by an issue with internet service providers (ISPs), according to Zerodha. Users were told that their staff was actively researching the issue and striving to resolve it as soon as possible. In addition, the message apologises for any difficulty caused by the outage.
“There was an issue with data feeds on Kite,” Zerodha wrote in an update. It has now been resolved. The ordering process was unaffected. We are currently experiencing data feed issues as a result of an issue with internet service providers (ISPs). We are investigating the problem, which should be resolved soon. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.”
