Summer Camp 2023, which lasted fifteen days, ended with a dazzling closing ceremony at PVUN Ltd. Chief Guest, Shri Ravindra Kumar, CEO (PVUN), spoke at the closing ceremony, expressing his optimism that such camps will undoubtedly expedite the empowerment of Patratu’s youngsters.
He congratulated the crew for their great efforts in making the event a huge success and expressed gratitude to the Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti and Bal Bhawan for their assistance. “It was beyond amusing to see the enthusiasm and dedication for the final show,” he remarked.
During the camp, students learned yoga, self-defense, fine arts, and other life skills. The Summer Camp 2023 was in keeping with NTPC’s Girl Empowerment Mission, a flagship CSR activity that strives to enable young girls to realise their hopes and aspirations. This camp drew 80 students from neighbouring areas.

The primary element of the closing ceremony was a cultural programme by the children based on their experiences over the previous 15 days, which included Karate, Yoga, dance, and theatre acts. Anu, a participant, came forward and remarked, “I felt at home during the summer camp and learned a lot of new things.”
The PVUN fraternity and the parents of the children attended the ceremony. Everyone praised the kids and wished them the best of luck in the future.
