NTPC Pakri Barwadih provides skill development training to 22 children of project affected villages

NTPC Pakri Barwadih has been dispatched to Ranchi’s Jharkhand tool room to deliver skill development training to 22 children from project-affected areas.

These children will be able to train in mechanics, welding, and other courses based on their inclinations, giving them virtually limitless work opportunities in the future.

NTPC will provide housing, food, and other necessities to all of these youngsters during their one-year programme, which may result in overall development.

So far, the NTPC Pakri Barwadih Coal Mining Project has sent 79 children for training, with 57 of them being hired by various companies after completing their training.
