After TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, Mphasis launches Generative AI Services

Generative AI Services – Mphasis, an Indian provider of information technology (IT) solutions, has launched its ‘Mphasis.ai’ business unit. According to Business Today, the goal of this business unit is to assist organisations in harnessing Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.

According to Mphasis, the new business unit intends to integrate AI capabilities into existing IT landscapes so that organisations may improve customer experiences, boost operational efficiency, and minimise interruptions.

Generative AI Services

The IT firm stated that they have collaborated with major Hyperscalers such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure, as well as specialised market-leading AI platforms and solutions firms such as Kore.ai and Databricks, among others.

According to Srikumar Ramanathan, Chief Solutions Officer at Mphasis, “Generative AI technology has become a catalyst for enterprises to drive creativity and efficiency in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.” Mphasis.ai’s ability to develop unique ideas and solutions will enable businesses to break free from the limits of conventional thinking, allowing them to differentiate themselves in a fiercely competitive market.

The firm also announced that Anup Nair, a company executive, has been appointed as the chief architect and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Mphasis.ai. It is worth noting that large Indian IT companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Wipro have also jumped on the AI bandwagon and provided generative AI services.
