EIL wins Best Performing Uniquely Placed Organisation Award
The Department of Expenditure (PPD), Ministry of Electronics & IT (Meity), and NIC conducted the National Workshop for Electronic Procurement at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, and EIL received the award for “Best Performing Uniquely Positioned Organization.”

Sanjay Gera, Director General, NIC, gave the award to Sh. Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial). EIL has received praise for putting creative concepts into use in the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) and playing the unusual roles of “Buyer” and “Seller.”
