BSE official website to remain temporarily unavailable for 12 hours from today evening – Check time & details

BSE official website – The official website of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), bseindia.com, will be unavailable to users and investors starting this evening. According to the information provided, the BSE India website will be unavailable from 9 p.m. on June 17 to 9 a.m. on June 18 owing to maintenance concerns.

The BSE stated: “Website will not be available from 17th June 2023 21:00 hrs to 18th June 2023 09:00 hrs due to maintenance activity.”

The bourse has stated that in the event of an urgent filing or any emergency, one can contact the BSE via email at corp.relations@bseindia.com.

“Email filings would only be accepted in emergencies and during the above-mentioned time period.” As a result, any filing made before or after the above-mentioned time limit should be done through the Listing Centre exclusively,” BSE India informed.

Because trading activities are halted on Saturday and Sunday, users will be unaffected by the BSE website’s inaccessibility.

The BSE website was unavailable last month due to maintenance on May 6 from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. The BSE Listing Centre was undergoing maintenance during these three hours on May 6.

On Friday, Indian equity indices surged to new highs. The domestic indices rose today, led by increases in banks, financials, pharmaceuticals, and consumer companies.

The 30-share BSE Sensex gained 467 points, or 0.74 percent, to close at 63,385; while the wider NSE Nifty index gained 138 points, or 0.74 percent, to conclude at 18,826.

The Nifty Midcap 100 and Nifty Smallcap 100 both finished up 0.68 percent and 0.98 percent, respectively. The fear index, India VIX, decreased 2.16 percent to 10.84.

On Friday, buying demand in select index heavyweights such as Reliance Industries, HDFC twins (HDFC and HDFC Bank), ICICI Bank, ITC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Hindustan Unilever (HUL) pushed the indices higher.

Today, approximately 13 of the 15 sectoral indices on the NSE closed in the green. Nifty Bank, Nifty Financial Services, Nifty Pharma, Nifty FMCG, and Nifty Consumer Durables all outpaced the index, advancing 1.14 percent, 1.42 percent, 0.62 percent, 0.76 percent, and 0.55 percent, respectively. Nifty IT and Nifty Realty, on the other hand, fell on Friday.
