Infosys collaborates with Adobe to upskill digital workforce

Infosys, a multinational information technology business, has announced a collaboration with Adobe to provide digital learning content from the latter on its online learning platform Infosys Springboard.

The company revealed in a news statement that as part of this agreement, it would incorporate Adobe-influenced content on its learning platform. The collaboration will let aspiring professionals and veterans explore the Adobe Experience Cloud.

The organisation wants to reskill and bridge the train gap amongst aspiring professionals through the relationship, as well as establish a pool of upskilled workers. Under the Tech for Good Charter, the arrangement provides free access to sophisticated digital learning resources on the Infosys Springboard. By 2025, both organisations hope to have created over 10,000 new Adobe-certified specialists.

Anil Chakravarthy, President of Digital Experience Business at Adobe, emphasised the value of people in this newly formed collaboration, calling them a company’s most valuable asset.

“It is critical that businesses focus on ensuring the ongoing readiness and success of their most important asset, their own people, to succeed in today’s digital economy,” he said.

He emphasised the value of this asset and reaffirmed the collaboration’s goal of upskilling the workforce.

“Scalable training can help bridge the tech talent gap, and our collaboration with Infosys will empower the future workforce to upskill their digital proficiencies using Infosys Springboard,” he continued.
